@MikeMinixJr @JayGibbons15 yes swinging down. HLP done correctly reduces K's - has been my experience coaching it to hitters.

@MikeMinixJr @JayGibbons15 There is a curve to it. You can understand it and your body can still fight it. But, once your body unlearns some things and adapts to the new movements you will never think about the swing any other way.

No, you don’t swing ON one leg. But, you launch from one leg. It’s a drill. It’s still about the way you launch. This shows where you launch from.
