Most don’t understand the ‘ready at release’ concept. It’s because their mechanics are momentum based not stretch based. They have no suddenness to their launch. Therefore there is no such thing as ready, let alone a controlled ready. They sweep the bat through instead of

On MLB net, Kerry said his weight is 100% back, he keeps his head over his back leg while reaching out with his lead leg and countering that move by pulling back with his back. I saw him the next day. Here’s a video. It’s all right here. SNAP!!

Every ball anyone has ever hit hard, happens because the bat head snaps out in front of the hands. The less the hands go forward independently the quicker the bat head will snap. This is a tremendous view of the body’s turn, driven by the turn of rear leg, taking the hands

The game is hard. Really hard when you’re off. Weeks ago I posted this comparison. You can tell by watching which barrel will be shorter to the zone when released. The knob going up instantly is key.

Your timing window includes a pause between full load and launch. The window starts with a pause. It means you’re waiting not rushing. If you swing the moment you get your full load, you’re rushing.

A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR ALL: The actual swing starts when the bat pivots about the hands. The great hitter’s bat pivots from/at their loaded handset. The others push or pull the bat forward, then it pivots. This video shows the difference very well.

Back muscles v arm muscles. If Jazz can find his back he’ll put up impressive numbers. He does good things. But has a two move launch. After decision he flips his rear arm then swings. That is totally unnecessary and upsets his timing. If he can get rid of that first move his

How by many times have you heard the leg kick causes timing issues? Anything done wrong will cause problems. This is the most extreme leg kick you could have. And it creates good timing. It’s his way of getting to the one legged launch position early. And his foot doesn’t have to
