I’m a black woman that has a car, an electric hybrid car that I do enjoy driving but I don’t bike as much as I’d like to bc of traffic violence in LA is out of control. I don’t not bike bc “bikes are expensive”. They are fairly cheap and cheaper than my car.
If you ask POCs why they don't utilize bikes as their main source of transportation, I PROMISE you the "cost" of a bike isn't going to be a reason. Especially if that person has a car.

We need more public bathrooms & showers in our city! Stop complaining about unhoused residents using the bathroom on sidewalks when they literally have nowhere else to use it b/c the city locks public bathrooms! Also delivery drivers, etc. always need access to public bathrooms!
Manny lives in an RV. He wants his reps and neighbors to know that if we stop dividing ourselves into housed and unhoused, we could work together as a community.
