Darrity and Mullen believe “There is insufficient info to do remuneration effectively.” They also don’t believe in reimbursing living descendants for the “costs” of slavery i.e. time stolen, because the numbers could reach $6 quadrillion! That amount of $$ can’t be justified.

Our question to the Los Angeles reparations task force regarding a “Black TAX” & land back process before 2025 which is when the task force plans to have recommendations for repair. American Freedmen are already moving NOW to continue reconstruction.

The lawsuit is being filed by the Black American grandchild of the European American colonist Elijah Swain that listed his mulatto son Henry Swain as enslaved in his Will.

No one should live in poverty and migrants do need a resolution but Black American neighborhoods cannot be the only ones taking in these large waves of immigrants and that has been happening since slavery ended. We cannot take on anymore as we are already underfunded!
