How to guarantee to never be punished in the early game. Just run Second Wind and Doran Shield. A mage can land every single skill shot vs a Akaili or Yone but if they have this rune and item they are Exodia.

Hullbreaker is not a healthy item for league of legends. Riot needs to just remove this item or nerf it. Its crazy how once a split pusher builds it they now require 2-3 champions to deal with them now.

Does riot ever look winrates? Akshan has a 53% winrate in mid and considered to be rank 1. How is he getting a buff??
Akshan buffs:
- P damage now scales with 60% AP
- Q move speed now scales with 5% per 100 AP
