UPDATE:. Things I did that seem to have removed my stutters completely in Tarkov. (Thanks everyone for the advice). -Turned Sharping to 0 in Tarkov.-Updated AMD Chip set drivers.-DDU Installed clean drivers for my GPU.-Turned OFF Game Mode in Windows. This is addition to running.
I'm done. IM DONE. Idk man I literally can't play this game right now. I shouldn't need a goddamn NASA PC to not have this fucking shit happen every goddamn day.

Spawn into Shoreline. Take 2 steps, see a guy running to our left, engage him. Push up only for a diff guy from a diff spawn to third party us on the right and kill us both. 30 seconds into raid btw. Shoreline is the worst fucking map.
