@smlungpathguy critical portions of a airline flight are manned by a pilot. We have had autopilot for several decades and it’s turned on after takeoff and turned off before landing Likewise, I foresee AI being an assistive tech in path for now. Those who leverage it will be most successful.

@smlungpathguy It depends what interval process you are using 20-30 micron interval recuts vs 150 micron wide interval recuts. Hodgepodge of clinical impression and my own judgement call. I’ve chased something to the 15th recut recently which showed high grade dysplasia.

@drericksonspine First three are important. Last one is so useless in practice. This is coming from someone with a German primary education that harped on perfect calligraphy.
