Thank you, Yaroslav for engaging and for your input, indeed in FAP setting low-grade dysplasia is reported in up to 50% @CArnoldMD, but High grade or malignant transformation is almost restricted to case reports. The question is what if hypothetically is a FAP setting ( which I don't know in this case ) and what if you get one of those case reports 🤔 😅. Then you have to decide based on evidence Yet in this case the consensus of gurus seems to be reactive.

Thank you Pooja for your input 😊🙏 For me was disturbing, despite the inflammation. It seems I have to lower my threshold for dysplasia ( I thought I did 😅, but also 1.7 cm fundic gland polyp is disturbing ). Anyone here, when you get dysplasia in a fundic gland polyp, please share 😊🙏
