@ariella8 @RunjanChetty @Vik_deshpandeMD @jansen_marnix @drtimbracey @DraEosina @Histopatolomon @GIJamesMD @stephen_lagana @emma_furth @DrMarkOng @navale_pooja I've called something like this "loose histiocytic inflammation" with a comment about how it may (or may not) be a poorly formed granuloma. I'm not proud of it, but sometimes you can't tell.

@jansen_marnix @drtimbracey @VivianLiLab It seems like the mesenchymal milieu goes haywire in serrated lesions.

Is there anything else you do?

@ariella8 @drtimbracey @vi_monappa @RibianszkyA @gonzadetoro @RaulSGonzalezMD @Vik_deshpandeMD @navale_pooja @DraEosina @Histopatolomon @DrMarkOng @emma_furth @stephen_lagana I've never used OLGA. Helpful? If I suspect AMAG, I get a gastrin, helicobacter, and chromogranin. Gastrin confirms body and chromo tells me if there is ECL cell hyperplasia (linear or nodular). If it's super atrophic/non-AMAG, I'll question presence of portal gastropathy.
