@CakePath @Dr_Brian_Cox @ALBoothMD The problem with a lot of the studies on serrated polyps (incl HP) is that the ‘definition’ has changed a number of times, so we can’t extrapolate from any of those data. Still massively subject to interpretation - “unequivocal”!! More with BC than ALB on this one.

@philly_path Carcinoma - the info provided doesn’t differentiate between the possibilities of primary diffuse pattern/signet ring cell adenocarcinoma, or metastatic tumour (most likely lobular Ca breast)… I usually order IHC, and ring the clinician to ask how long ago the Br Ca Dx was.
