What is the diagnosis?

@ziad_zaatari Possibly naïve question from someone who stays far away from the bowel: what’s the difference between a schwann cell hamartoma and schwannoma?

@TotalCytopath But there are definitely times when I call it “atypical papillary lesion”—especially if it’s markedly fragmented. In those cases, stains may be misleading.

@TotalCytopath I routinely use it on papillary lesions—it easily distinguishes intraductal papillomas with proliferative involvement, SPC/EPC, and even TCCRP. Plus, it’s pretty to look under the microscope.
