@glinglerimek Welcome Gulcin. That is very reasonable. We hate the atypical category and we shouldn´t; what we need to do is learn how to use it as precisely as possible. Anyway, I like some of the "lost causes" and atypia is among them.

@Cristia16317028 Wonderful! That would be my proposal, and this patient has received vincristine. I have a good friend named Cristian, who trained and worked with me as a pathologist for many years. I miss him. I saw him diagnose Churg-Strauss on FNA, and cyto was not his specialty. Hahaha!

Part 4. In the texts tou will find the prototypical example of cyclophosphamide, an alkylating agent like procarbazin (our patient). I could not say who is to blame (the antimitotic?) but I will certainly suggest that it's due to chemotherapy. In fact, the patient bladder is fine
