Donald Trump has been President for 40 minutes and he has not yet saved Flavored Vaping.
@GregTHR Now, he has to keep his promise and save vaping. 😀

@CorieWhalen @HistoryBoomer I never took the SAT, but I remember my LSAT score because it was perfectly the average score of all people admitted to my target law school. And because, as Ben notes, I'm a SLB.

@DaleMantey Common liability doesn't have to be genetic. There are dozens of different factors that are predictive of youth substance use or abstinence. I can apply it to the population. Tobacco harm reduction is good for the population. My work is done.

@DaleMantey Cancelation over scientific inquiry had its day. It's not 2021 anymore, Dale. I have no opinion because I'm a simple man. I like nicotine. Other people like nicotine. We should have it available in ways that don't involve burning smoke. That is my belief system.

@ingelramdecoucy I once invented a phrase to summarize the aim of a regulatory reform bill and put it in an editorial. A week later, a member of Congress used that exact phrase in a letter sent to constituents who wrote about the bill. Bad news: It's all downhill from here.

@CarrellCapital I haven't reviewed the full complaint yet, but I question whether anyone other than Attorneys General have standing to enforce the MSA.

@AndrewG29922648 @Dstat_THR Ohh my god, you're one of these people. "Back in my day, the cigarettes didn't contain all the extra chemicals. That's where the cancer comes from!" "And the e-liquids—handcrafted by people who had never read a toxicology test—were obviously safer too."
