After finishing 304th last year I have kept my gameweek history record to remind myself of my OR at any point throughout that season to compare with where I am now.
Last year I did not break the top 1m until gw12, bear this in mind as it may help you rationalise decisions 👍

In the season when I finished 304th I didn't break top 1m until gw12. Don't even worry about rank at this stage 👍

I've made an interesting chart to try and visualise where the value lies in the assets this season. What this shows is the average xFPL per game at each price point for each position. Effectively the highest line at each price point is where the most value is:

I can't wait for the "this is why I didn't get Ronaldo straight in🙃" tweets when he doesn't start or blanks, or the "this is why you can't cover Ronaldo with Lukaku😎" tweets when he hauls.
Many other scenarios and variations of insufferable tweets also possible.

More importantly this has been one of the most enjoyable seasons for a number of reasons.

Update to my graph showing average xFPL points per game at each price point by position. I have removed all of the players from the data who are poorly priced or just not viable at the price they have been given, these were skewing the data.

Think I'm locked on this. Only real decision is Son>Saka and back to Son in 37 but that leaves me with 0 transfers vs 2 going into BB. Can see Son doing something against Liverpool right now too.

In my first season I (18/19) I didn't even know who Mo Salah was, I only started because my mate at work said he was doing a work league for a fantasy football game and I thought it sounded like a bit of fun, finished 39k. I like football now 😂

Fun fact about my season history: my first season is when I started following football, I didn't even know who Mo Salah was and he had just scored 32 goals in the previous season... I now know that was good 😂

To be honest, people who have Bruno will either:
1. Not have Salah or Auba, or
2. Have all 3 and the rest of their team is shocking
Auba just as good to have as Bruno for the week and anyone without Salah or number 2 has a longer term problem imo.

My favourite draft so far. Greenwood is good value as a £7.5m mid and low enough value to bench in gw1. I really like the balance in terms of teams I have covered.
Only 1 "premium" player but Son & Werner are both potentially captainable with their fixtures!

Slight tweak to my no fixtures team. Allows me to have more money in FWDs and a better balance overall. Have £0.5m ITB too and there are plenty of alternatives here. Bowen could be Foden, Jimmy could be Ings, Pulisic could be Ziyech then Bruno could be Raz or KDB.

I really don't get how people have been convinced that TC Firmino is a good option. Nobody ever captains him any other week and nobody ever owns him long term because he has never proven to be a great FPL asset. A double gameweek doesn't change this....

Left £2.9m in the bank on my wildcard so I could move Morris to Nunez after more confidence on his minutes.
If that didn't work out (it hasn't) I can also do Morris to Solanke and a defender to Robbo.
If not then Morris to Archer and get TAA.

Gut has been on KDB all week, can see the Leeds game being more open than Villa game. Nearly changed my mind to Salah due to the Mane news. Odds were in favour of Salah but have shifted this morning and it's pretty much even. Gut still says KDB so sticking with it!
