It’s been a while, I have had a few steady weeks since 24, until this week where unlikely returns from Tavernier, Dubravka & Porro took me to 55th in the world!
83 points and another 60+% green arrow. It has been an unreal season, esp considering I was 765k in GW15

Back in November I was pondering whether I should be selling Sterling and the conclusion I reached was to keep after looking at his underlying stats and concluded it was as strong as previous years.

It was really weird that he went from player of the year in 16/17 when we won the Europa league, to a bench role next season, even though he always performs consistently whenever he is called upon.
He was clearly better than Matic last year too. So annoying.

Man Utd kept 17 clean sheets last year, and if my calculation is correct, with a xG conceded of 1.33 per game, the probability of Man Utd getting 17 or more clean sheets is 1.1%.
It was a massive outlier. Do not expect Man Utd to improve on the clean sheet number with Onana.

I have written about my plan to punt on Haller due to West Ham’s strong fixtures. I have noticed that Lanzini seems to be the choice for midfield for West Ham.
I am going to suggest something unpopular, that I think FAnderson is the better option!

You didn’t own Saka between GW22 to GW27 when he scored 66 points on an average of 11 per match, and he was playing the likes of SHU, NEW, BUR, WHU and NFO.
Seems like skill issue…

My rank dropped from in 220k to 965k in GW9.
3 weeks later I am at 60k!
If it has been a tough start to the season for you, don’t give up! Ranks are still very very tight and one good week you will be shooting up!
