Haven’t been preg yet but here’s what I’ve gathered: pre-conception diet matters a lot (arguably more than pregnancy diet). Organs form before most women know they’re pregnant. Avoid folic acid, eat lots of liver. Make your gut and bodily flora healthy.

Solidly yay. I use Dr bronners soap with a natural sponge and brush. Easy to re-soap sponge with one hand. Also it’s easier to control how much soap you’re getting. Just need to get a special soap dish so it’s not sliding around.
