@AbdulelahNurse Correction : Synchronised cardioversion is not meant for stable patients . It’s for Tachy arrhythmias with adverse signs of shock , Ischemia or heart failure which isn’t stable by any means . Defib is for cardiac arrest . Using term unstable patient in this context is wrong

@arrhythmologist Looks diffuse subendocardial Ischemia . Rhythm looks a bit ? irregular . Heart rate is definitely not 200 . Will need a good leg tracing and then clinical coorelation
