Hi All,
I’m going to put $100k into 20 Biotech stocks and just leave it alone.

Find the publicly traded P&C insurer with the largest exposure to Miami (and Tampa/St. Pete) real estate and short that.
Could be a short or long time to wait but it’s just a matter of time before a Cat 4 or 5 hurricane directly hits one of those places.

Made my 1st covered call trade yesterday and closed it today. Was on $BMY. 1 day return of 58%. Annualized for 252 trading days that’s 115 followed by 18 zeros %.
Not sure if that rate of return is reasonable or sustainable going forward 🤔.

Agree Treaury Direct sucks, like it hasn’t been updated in 40 years. The ONLY reason to have an account there is for I-Bonds.
Fidelity is great for trading any type of bond. Super easy. Like other brokerages you just can’t buy I-Bonds there.

I’ve been wanting to own $PANW, $ZS or $CRWD but just can’t get past valuation on names. Missed chance on $PANW early in year. I do own $FTNT but stock has gone nowhere in 1.5 yrs. Not digging the dilution either.

They had a summer estate in VT, about 1,000 acres right on Lake Champlain. Detoured train line to stop there on way to Montreal. Employed hundreds of people back in day. Eventually couldn’t afford it & sold it to state of VT. Shelburne Farms, beautiful place for all to enjoy now

Very true. I retired at 50 from a high stress, high paying job. Was so focused on finish line planned nothing for afterwards. 58 now, sort have got it figured out.
Work only when I want, volunteer, go to gym, get outside, play guitar, maintain social connections, enjoy “me” time.
