@_lej44 LADOT is building Connect Del Rey as one of the Westside Mobility projects and are doing an adjacent greenway/painted bike lanes on Slauson Ave instead of Sepulveda Creek. Such a miss, hopefully we can push them to use it for the West LA-Del Rey corridor

@DavidEvans9 @CohenSite I agree for now, but after K Line North this would be <25 min ride from Westwood/UCLA, Century City, Beverly Hills, WeHo/Cedars Sinai, the Grove, Hollywood, and DTLA (and already true for Culver, USC, Inglewood, LAX). That’s basically every job center and a lot of untapped demand

@CohenSite I guess am confused on how SB9 works. I thought you could split the lot and do duplex + ADU + JADU for 8 units? In Santa Monica we have a few 8 unit SB9 projects.
