Our 9th graders are too small, every chance we get we will train upper body in some way. This was after speed work on the field, 30s a station for 10 minutes #StrengthTraining #weightlifting

@ryanhungateCTO Yes but also external rotation of the hip, you’re probably just right and don’t have a lot of rom, you squat pretty narrow too which would make sense

How to add almost 100lbs to your bench: 1. Gain weight: mass moves mass 2. Bench more frequently: need a plan that’s specific to you, just adding another day of bench press won’t get it done 3. Eliminate weak points: take accessories seriously DM for training plans

425x3, small improvements are showing up. Trying to not let the bar sink as much, lot of little things to keep fixing and my weak triceps need a lot of work
