Senior Ela Khasnabis-Upton dropped her open 400m PR from 1:06.67 to 1:04.04. She even doubled back and ran the 800m dropping her old PR of 2:44.4 to 2:35.78 Junior Ricardo Thomas improved his 200m time from 25.33 to 24.00 with even more room to grow. Very proud of these kids

What is a good enough cue for an athlete to get them to pick their feet up when they run? Also, what is another cue to help get them to do it in a way that opens up their stride length? I got 2 kids who run HARD but they either Grandma shuffle or Flintstone Flutter
