So to be clear:
Single Market membership is a very good thing… for Northern Ireland.
EU membership will be a very good thing… for Ukraine.
But neither of those things is good for Scotland, Wales or England.
Got it. 👍
@AndrewRTDavies
Ah, so you decided to side with the corrupt millionaires in Westminster instead of the ordinary working people who actually keep the country running when it was time to pick a side. What a surprise. Sucking up to your masters as always.

Have you ever wondered how these new build housing estates pop up so quickly? They just buy prefab concrete garages and water them. Next morning you’ve got a 5 bed executive with two ensuites and a laundry room.
@archer_rs
Given that said peer will be taking three hundred quid a day out of the taxpayers pocket, I think we’ve every right to know why they’re being elevated.
@bbcquestiontime
What I took from last nights QT is it’s ok to punch your partner in the face and hospitalise them so long as it’s a one off. Yes? Is there anything Fiona Bruce won’t stoop too to defend the Tories. Disgraceful bias.

A devout Christian like you is no doubt familiar with the Gopsel principles of ‘Love the Neighbour’ and ‘The Good Samaritan’. Must have read the Bible many times…

Mad how Cameron, who seemed like a lightweight at the time, appears like a political Titan compared to what was coming down the line. May, Johnson, Truss, Sunak… it’s like the ascent of man in reverse.

Having social gatherings during a pandemic is endangering life though, that’s what Johnson told us himself. Not sure your example has landed where you aimed it…

Ask them what the Bible says about tattoos, shellfish, pork, mixed fabrics. Ask them what Jesus said about homosexuality, (nothing), remind them of the Golden Rule if they claim to be Christian.
@SamanthaTaghoy
Guilt by association. By becoming a Tory and promoting yourself as one you give tacit approval to the worst of them in Westminster. They can do all the good stuff and NOT BE TORIES.
The Tories need to be wiped out of politics at every level.

I’d imagine a conversation with him going something like the one I had recently. ‘Do you thinks have got better or worse in this country during your lifetime?’ ‘Worse’. ‘Whose been in power for the majority of that time?’ ‘Tories’. ‘So who are you going to vote for?’ ‘….Tories’

A song once written to help feed starving Ethiopians now being flogged by Tory grifters to feed people starving because of old Etonians.

So after 13 years of blaming the PREVIOUS Labour government for things happening now, we arrive at a point where they’ve started blaming the NEXT Labour government for things that haven’t happened yet. Remarkable.

Apparently there’s thousands of vacancies in hospitality that they’re struggling to fill. I’m sure his staff will walk straight into another job, hopefully working for someone who isn’t a complete tosser.

He is weak. Because he’s never had to be strong, never faced adversity, never known want or desperation He’s had everything handed to him on a golden platter. He even snuck into this job through the back door without facing voters.

Can someone show me on the manifesto they were elected on where Rwanda is mentioned?
I saw some stuff about forty new hospitals. About levelling up. About Net Zero. About a high skill, high wage economy.
Why aren’t they making a principled stand over those things?
@LBC
The parents are to blame here. Not the kids, who did what any two young lads given a fast, powerful toy to play with would have done. We’ve all done reckless things when we were kids. The parents who bought an illegal bike and let an unqualified child ride the streets on it. 🤷♂️
@Channel4News
They were voted in on a manifesto. Rwanda was not in that manifesto. Levelling up, new hospitals, high skill high wage economy… THOSE things were in the manifesto. Where are they?

That’s an increase in funding that’s come from normal revenue streams. There’s supposed to be an ADDITIONAL £350 million a week floating about. Where is it?

Apart from that it’s complete bollocks. Johnson could’ve faced Parliament and it’s massive Tory majority. He could’ve faced his constituents and showcased his stellar record as their representative. Yet he CHOSE to run away. Why is that?

People can’t afford to live and you’re bragging about spending more on death and destruction. Read the room.

Johnsons polling was on the floor when he departed. Found out lying again and again. That’s why they got rid.

It’s the hate that does it. Ages them. Nigel Farage, Katie Hopkins, Suella Braverman- they’re all younger than they look. Then there’s Therese Coffey who’s somehow ended up with a young, beautiful portrait of herself in the attic…

Well remember, as a boy growing up in Yorkshire, being sent down the pub to tell Granddad to come home for tea and he’d be sat in the corner with a pint of best and a bowl of beetroot falafel. ‘Don’t tell yer Nan!’ he’d say, and hand me one with a wink.
Fond memories.

It’s hardly a fair comparison. Lecter was intelligent, well groomed, eloquent and had a plan. His decisions also killed far fewer people than Johnsons.

Fascinating. This polling shows how much gain the Tories have made on Labour after playing their favourite card: point and shout at foreigners.
