Husband; father; grandfather. Many interests and little expertise. Solar Panels, PowerWall, Tesla cars, and Starlink owner, but Jesus is my greatest asset.

For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified. (1 Corinthians 2:2, NASB)
As aliens and sojourners, our focus shouldn’t be on earthly things, but telling the good news, which is the only thing that can make a difference.
Loaned my Tesla Model Y to my daughter for a road trip, and I get to drive her ICE SUV. Feels like I went back twenty years.
Decided to fill it up using Tier 1 gasoline, so …

FSD Beta V11.3.4 running over a traffic cone.
Notice the white pickup truck approaching. You should be thankful there is no audio. My beloved bride let out a blood-curdling scream. I was shocked, too.
Electric vehicles are much more expensive than gasoline cars, cause way more pollution, require expensive battery replacement, and can’t go more than a few miles without needing a recharge that takes 8 hours. You can’t find a charger, and if you do, it costs more than gasoline.
@seanjs
@Chevron
I gladly traded all that, the poor performance, and the foul smells, for a Tesla that costs me less to buy, less to operate, a tenth to “fuel,” and NONE of my time to charge (at home, overnight).
@kimpaquette
@elonmusk
I'm sorry to be blunt, but I find that line of thinking to be really, really self-centered. What they are really saying is, "I'll trade a child for more personal comfort."
@leedom_tyler
Because I (and others) don’t consider it a mild mistake. If I had not stopped it, I would certainly have had a head-on collision with the white truck. I posted this to make other Beta testers aware.
I’m a Tesla bull, and love all of Tesla products.
@MagnanimityCom
@Chevron
I’m the stranger moms warn about.
Granted, all the familiarity and routine of filling up was long gone. The smells, the sketchy people hanging around, the grunge and pump damage obscuring the price … I’d forgotten about. I was used to sleeping through the night as my car
@SawyerMerritt
I know a LOT of swimming pool companies that have had to replace their trucks every other year due to chemical-induced corrosion, that will take a hard look at the Cybertruck.

I personally rank
@TeslaPodcast
(Rob Mauer) at the top because his calm, reassuring analysis of the day's events are best for me. He's thorough, too. But the others are extremely valuable, too.

Mine is similar:
- Eat 20,000 cookies
- Read 2 good technical papers
- Write, edit, or delete 1 line of code
- Watch someone run a 1,000 miles
- Enable someone to read a classic (children’s) book a week

Is this one of those “How many things can you find wrong?” pictures? Or was it labeled by an inner-city high school junior mother of three?

I take it you’ve never been asked at the paint store, when you asked how many gallons of paint you needed, the square footage of the area to be painted …
@DhalgrenMarquis
I hope not!
I *love* all things Tesla, owning a PowerWall, a Tesla Home Charger, two Model Ys (both have FSD), and I’ve invested five-digit dollars in $TSLA.
@BobRae48
@DutchieHuigens
You are tragically mistaken about antisemitism being “deeply ingrained in Christian thinking and culture.”
Christian thinking stems from reading the Bible, and the Bible clearly teaches treating others with love (the second greatest commandment).
@TeslaBoomerMama
I absolutely would do “it.” I expect to see a flurry of lawsuits post meeting, no matter how the vote goes. I see a tsunami of change coming in the way brokers handle shareholder voting.
Tesla continues to disrupt, even in areas no one expected.
984 accounts following me! 😳
I want to thank all the beautiful Asian women, all the blank profile picture accounts with single-digit followers, and all the crypto accounts seeking victims for boosting my number to triple digits! (Did I miss anyone?)

You’ll notice it slows to a crawl coming beside the people on the right. I pushed the accelerator to avoid blocking traffic and to speed up from about 5 MPH to about 15-20 MPH.
As many pointed out, I think it was the original lane markings that caused the problem.
@X4Tesla
The wealthiest person in the country paid about 53%, way more than an teacher.
I think the real problem lies with HOW the money is spent, and THAT responsibility belongs in part to Senator Sanders.
@ChrisWareham93
@Chevron
Not at all. It must have taken 20 minutes at least, and definitely cost more than 10X the cost of home charging. I routinely charge while sleeping, and start every day with a full “tank” for the equivalent of 50 cents a gallon.
@TeslaInTheUK
I tell people I interact with that we just got back from a 5,000+ mile road trip in our Tesla. Frequent response: Where do you plug in?
My best reply: We can only go places that have electricity. 😂
@Tesla
I’ve used these ordinary household outlets while traveling across the country. Staying at a hotel without a destination charger, or a relative’s home, getting about 40 miles extra, enough to get to the nearest Supercharger.
@sumbunnysumhare
@365_Solved
Legit. I grew up in Texas in the ‘60s, so I saw a LOT of pickup trucks used for all the right reasons. No one bought a pickup truck just to drive around in a pickup truck.
Yesterday, I saw a Lincoln pickup truck and thought, “That HAS to be the epitome of a ‘princess pickup’!”
@TerribleMaps
Uh …
The Easternmost point of my body is closer to Africa than my Westernmost. Unless I’m standing West of the 180° longitude. Then it’s true if I turn around.
