Sparing women the trauma of abortion & saving the lives of unborn children is the definition of pro life. Research shows that the overwhelming majority of women who are denied abortion & go on to have the child are glad they had their baby. This includes rape & incest victims.
Banning abortion after six weeks of pregnancy - before many women even know they're pregnant - is in effect a near-total ban on abortion. There is nothing "pro-life" about legislation which puts the health and lives of millions of women at risk.
