A lot of us misunderstand the psychology of loneliness.
When our emotional desires and needs aren’t met within the current reality of our relationship(s), we can feel lonely.
In other words, you can be in a relationship or have “friends” and still be very lonely.

Reject the notion that you ALWAYS have to be doing and striving for more. Slow down. Appreciate how far you’ve come. Be present. Breathe.
