A man at church gave a talk with Pioneer stories. But they were stories about women pioneers. He told me afterward that he saw the Barbie movie last night and changed his talk to have a story about a woman instead of only stories of men.

The other was a thank you note to Pres. Biden. I thanked him for stepping up in 2019, for choosing Kamala as VP, and for stepping aside now.

My 18 y/o niece plans to get married in April after the BYU-I semester ends.
I cried when I found out. It's too young. Both her mother and I married at 19.

This honestly makes me so sad. My son ended up working 7 hour shifts after school and 12 hour shifts on Saturdays. We never saw him. He barely slept. His grades dropped. Our relationship deteriorated.
We need better protections for our children. HS kids shouldn't work 30 hrs/wk

Remember when we canceled school and made teachers learn to teach online in like 3 days? We made all the kids stay home to keep them safe.
Everyone stayed home to keep hospitals open. We sent HCW food and clapped for them. Called them heroes.

Respectfully, I worked in an elem school last year where all the kids were masked. We found ways to make it work. Quick breaks, videos, etc. Kids are resilient. And we had no outbreaks or community spread. This virus is too much of a wild card.
