COVID-19 deaths are spiking. Please consider getting vaccinated. President Nelson said it best when he referred to the vaccine as a "literal godsend." Since January, those who were unvaccinated account for 98.5% of all deaths and about 95% of all hospitalizations in Utah.
Wendy and I were vaccinated today against COVID-19. We are thankful for the countless individuals who performed the work required to make this possible. We have prayed for this literal godsend. Receiving the vaccine is part of our personal efforts to be good global citizens.

I just finished my first Ultramarathon, 55k. 5:52:36. 34th overall out of about 600 crazy runners in Iceland. It was a truly incredible experience. I also believe I was the fastest American in the race.💪🏼💪🏾💪🏿

Today I attended an honor flight presentation where my grandpa was honored with fellows WWII veterans. Three were over 100 years older. Grandpa is 102. It was a privilege to be with the greatest generation! Always fun to see Gal Halverson as well.

A week ago I ran a 2:55 marathon and placed 6th overall. My recovery is usually pretty slow. Today, I was pleasantly surprised. Legs feeling decent on a 10 mile run. 2023 schedule includes Boston,Rio, Sydney, and Chicago. Every continent by 2024!
