Stadium being turned into a market is terrible. Where will Kapsabet athletes train? Why not build an alternative stadium first? Or build market elsewhere? AK should speak up. 3 counties in North Rift have few stadia, track. Despite them being centre of Kenyan athletics. Sad.

Great that it is being constructed. Hopefully it will be a football and rugby stadium (without an athletics track). However, a second 60,000-seater stadium in Nairobi is extravagant given our stadia culture. Kasarani is rarely full. 30k seater would have been sufficient.

@LouizaKabiru Kenya's foreign policy urgently needs coherence and also to take cognisance of where our national interests are best met. Current govt catering to individual interests or picking wrong sides has proven costly in DRC, Sudan, across the region.
