If you’re coaching 13u you should be developing all the kids on the roster who are committed and have good attitudes. Charging $6k and not playing a kid (who shows up every day with a good attitude) in practice games or real games is not ok. Be better, coaches!

Most underrated exercise in the gym is the Romanian Deadlift (RDL). Want a strong posterior chain, do these. Have worked my way up to 365lbs for 5 reps on these from 225lbs in about 2 years
Just a friendly reminder that your back & knee pain is probably weak hamstrings & glutes because most guys neglect the backside of their body way too much.

Ever since I was little my dream was to be drafted. After 2 years of JuCo ball and 2 years at a D2, it was apparant I was not good enough. Since then, I root for every player from WA who gets drafted. As a coach, I'll do everything I can to help players get to where I couldn't

Totally agree with this in principal. However, I’m 175 lbs and bench 255 reps, squat 335 reps, dead 400ish. Friend of mine at the gym blows them all out of the water. 1 of us looks solid (10% bf) the other very overweight and very high body fat. I’ll let you guess who is who

We found a way to get it done and win the tournament. Trailing 4-1 in the 6th we rallied for 4 runs, making it 3 of our 4 wins this weekend come from behind. We started on Thursday with 12 guys and played with 2 outfielders all weekend, couldn’t be more proud of these guys 🏆
