When this happened to me, I went on LinkedIn and found a recruiter that works for the company and send them a message. Told them I was auto-rejected for the role and added my resume. They put me through manually and I was able to interview. Try that!

As a woman, I agree with her overall point. The problem is, a lot of men have NO IDEA how horrible they are at being a leader. No strategy, no discipline. A woman who is self aware will notice and start to lose respect for that man. You won’t get submission without respect.
