@upblissed Driving this crazy in a Tesla is wild. At least be self aware enough to turn the self driving

@MariGO2thepolls My favorite version of this trope is when someone says “Silicon Valley would be less evil if engineers took one ethics class”, then pointing out Peter Thiel was a Philosophy major

@SamGradyWrites @tahrajirari A white boy gets radicalized by YouTube and your plan is too abandon them forever. But let me guess you believe in rehabilitation over mass incarceration?

@LyxPar @MikeUsesBirdApp @KyleKulinski The system was ripe to someone like Trump to come in and do anything. Republicans are too scared to oppose him out of fear of losing power. Democrats are scared to exercise any power out of some fear of breaking norms and being accountable for anything.

@LawSelfDefense @liamfish25 Scott Bessemer, Trump’s pick for Treasury Secretary, was literally a managing partner at Soros Fund Management. Stop with this boogeyman.

DEIs opponents and much of the peanut gallery never describe it this way. They use the same framing as it supporters and just say it’s bad. Tracing’s explanation - that DEI is an illegal hiring cartel is far more believable than every black person is given preferential treatment
One reason it has taken so long for the DEI backlash to arrive is that when you explain it to regular people, if you just tell them what’s literally going on, they think it’s so completely implausible and unbelievable that you must be lying.

@inductionm0tor @chris_stans @based_eva If someone opts into race science in 2025, knowing the full history of where that leads they aren’t going to be surprised when people end up in camps. They might be happy even No such history exists for astrology and it’s weird to assume they would revel in oppression by default

@halogen1048576 @birdchad88 @Laiseran @abettertake IQ Bell chart curves are orthogonal to the complaint. They don’t act that way because of IQ, they act that way because of social conditioning. That’s why women (who will lean autistic) don’t express these problems - they are largely socially inept.

@inductionm0tor @chris_stans @based_eva If astrology began being used to send ppl to concentration camps, the majority of women who believe this shit will simply go “it used to be fun but a bunch of weirdos took it too seriously and now it’s taboo like race science” To equate the two is asinine. There’s a HUGE barrier

@papermarkis @based_eva True when I make a ranking list of brunettes, blondes, and redheads, I also try to make it clear that I want blondes to be oppressed.

@halogen1048576 @Laiseran @abettertake I agree with your conclusion but not your reasoning Women arent dumber; I do believe though that women, in general, practice traditional patriarchy more than they would admit Its annoying, Id rather be myself than to pretend to be in a sitcom and perform traditional gender roles

@454urmin3s I don’t think my post denies that - only that there was an uncharacteristically large shift right.
