What’s going on here is that there is probably a rule being broken in that perhaps she’s not using the city provided garbage bins that the truck can lift with its arm. In addition, they are probably not allowed to lift said unapproved bins if they are heavy as the city does not

A loan creates $ from scratch, when it’s paid off the $ disappears from existence, only thing left is the extra interest. So cancelling a loan literally makes the loan disappear, & the only one who suffers is the bank that was making interest each month.

Maybe they are grandfathered in. I knew people that would buy flat screen TVs every year and return them after a year to get a new model. Costco changed their policy after people abused it so much. Perhaps if you bought a TV when the lifetime return policy was in place you can

Greece was pushed through based on that Harvard paper which showed that when debt to GDP exceeds I think 90% bad things happen. When the error was discovered that that is completely false, they still continued with the Greece program which ended up doubling their debt.
