@timesnewemma It's up to you. I had to sleep train my twins at 3months for our sanity and it worked in 1 night. They are 1 now and have always slept 12hrs thru the night since and never cry. I know sleep training gets harder the older they are tho, since they're more attached to certain habits

@okahomadude That’s similar to breast milk/ice cream macros as well. Breast milk is about 50% sugar.

@OnlyThroughGod 1/4 tsp of baking soda seems to work. I used about 6g (~1tbsp) of sea salt last night and that didn’t help.
