@paulg @rohitdotmittal Is there any industry where majority of people trust journalists? I can’t think of any.

Football, especially in the south, drives every other program. It’s 10x more important than the next sport.
Football is the most important program in your school. It sets the tone for an entire school year. Schools that invest in paying coaches and buying equipment for their football program reap the benefits 10 fold. Schools that don’t are kidding themselves.

The inherent problem with the USSS is this—most would-be interested agents want action. Fighting and killing bad guys. But if the USSS has any action, it means they failed (Butler w Trump, Reagan, etc.). Agents want action, but action means failure.
BREAKING: President Trump's Secret Service paid Hollywood Director Michael Bay to produce a Super Bowl recruiting ad to get the best of the best signed up. Trump wants to make sure another Butler disaster NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN. This is the fastest way to replace all the DEI hires. Secret Service recruitment is at a pathetic low, so this will definitely boost their numbers. Only the best should guard American presidents.

Florida loses way too much coaching talent to Georgia. Coaches drive revenue and also very clear correlation between athletic performance and academic excellence at schools. They deserve a lot more $.
Florida’s student athletes have some of the best raw talent in the country, but we pay our coaches less than almost every other state in the Nation. As we continue to invest in the next generation of Floridians by supporting our teachers, we must do a better job supporting our coaches. The benefit they provide to our student athletes and our communities extends far beyond the field. @PayFLCoaches

I think @danorlovsky7 could pull a Tucker Carlson, Bari Weiss, etc - leave ESPN, have his own show, his own brand, YouTube channel. He would absolutely crush it.
The way foxworth and Saturday treated Dan on this segment is truly unbelievable. He laid out a great argument and instead of actually debating, yall make stupid noises in disgust and say it’s just antics instead of making points. Idk why @danorlovsky7 sticks with espn, he is so much better than them

Some doctors will still have “Please do not confuse your ChatGPT query with my MEDICAL DEGREE” signs in their office.
The physician + AI does meaningfully better than a physician using traditional resources. And this is now with an older AI model. A doctor not using AI in the future will almost be malpractice. h/t @EricTopol

@readtoyourkid @TheGreatB00ks The post hoc disillusionment after finding out the truth of Walden (Thoreau went into town multiple times a week! He purchased his lumber!) from my pre-internet childhood still hits.

@readtoyourkid @TheGreatB00ks Walden is not a good book for young men. The last thing boys need is more isolation, sloth, and a fake depiction of “self-reliance.” But the others are great!

@STLChrisH Used to. Not anymore. People prioritize different things. Reason why I don’t? It’s not a reliable indicator so it’s not helpful. I’ve met phenomenal leaders who are overweight, and terrible leaders who are jacked (as you know, there are some in the USMC).

This is comparable to the viewership of a South Bend local news segment.
🚨📺⛳️ #NEW: LIV Golf averaged 12,000 viewers on FS2 for the first round of the season opener from Riyadh during the 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM broadcast, according to Nielsen. (H/t @YeahClickClack)

@streets_a_head @buccocapital I own multiple businesses and a fanatical focus on cost control is a hallmark of nearly every great entrepreneur and business. So yes I would and do.
