Job Offer!!!
After applying to 1,250 jobs I finally got a job offer today. Large company, pay around $70k. Haven’t accepted yet.
I’m up $500 day trading for the week on a $1,000 account. Going to have to make a decision here.

That’s usually split, then brokerage takes their cut, then you gotta pay the govt their fare share, usually 25%. So it’s more like 1.75-2% net

Say your mortgage is $2k/month. Put your house in an LLC then pay your LLC $3k/month to rent it to you.
