It’s one thing to have a pixel perfect measurement for spacing and elements and it’s another thing to be able to communicate that measurement to developers.

Especially when determining the measurements for side panels, tabs, headers etc. Don't let us forget when you have tables and charts and you want to maintain your layout grid gutter to balance things. Like Earnest said, those little details go a long way. Well done

There’s no need to beg people. Every layer represents you as a designer. And I feel like it should become natural when a beginner begins to grow. Yes it might not be best to use auto layout in every situation. But you should always use it when you need to.

The splash is basically used to startup the app. It’s the first screen you see, mostly just showing the brand ID. Onboarding screens are mostly for new downloads of the app, this screens point out the major app features to inform the user about what the app does.
