That's... Not true really at all. The counterplay is to fight against the 3 team members who are now down in numbers, and take advantage of the krakens lack of range of bombs or a main weapon of any sort, and the fact it doesn't last very long unless (cont in replies)

Unless it drops itself in an unsafe spot. You can almost always play around a kraken and situations where it's hard to either it's the fault of map/mode design or you made a mistake prior and the kraken was used to punish it.

I've heard people mention that new screen feels like it changes nothing from regular gameplay but to me it's no different from turning off my screen... Can you all genuinely do anything in that ?? It's such a mess of hard to distinguish colors and I'm unable to process it at all

splattercolor has been a huge pain for me cause i have issues with sensory processing... i already play with color lock 2 to help reduce sensory overload cause many of the colors are too intense for me but splattercolor removes that entirely and its really frustrating
Let's not hate on those who want more accessibility in Splatoon. There are many ways that the Splattercolor Screen effect could've been done without hurting accessibility. For example, hue shifts, or even color swaps.
