The context of that is the rest of the verse which is cut off. There is only one mediator between God and men because only one could give himself up for ransom.
This doesn’t mean that Mary isn’t also a mediator in another aspect. The wedding at Cana is an example.

That $27 shirt is a luxury. No one needs that shirt. You can purchase a shirt for much less that $27. That $27, while not sufficient to pay off the debt, could contribute to paying the debt. Sacrifices! People give up luxuries in order to pay their debts. It’s not complicated.

Apparently, this is legal. For ballots which can’t be read by the machines a Rep counter and Dem counter cure the ballots. One reads off the votes and the other transcribes them onto a new ballot which is then stamped as a copy and scanned.
