i think people don’t know what overweight and obese truly look like. especially in the us it’s normalized to be heavier that people really only think of the most extreme cases when imagining what they look like

i think i’ve seen bmi 17-18 for most of them, idk how accurate that is. they also work out a ton and have higher muscle/lower body fat percentages
