so i'd really want to be recovered to an extent that i wouldn't be afraid of chocolatey oatmeal, but isn't this just....unhealthy?? or am i just disordered
i don't know whether i'm low or high restricting or binging or purging or eating normally or overeating or reactive eating or fasting – i just call it chaotic eating at this point
granola is actually so high kcal it's ridiculous
like a bowl of yoghurt goes from 30kcal to 150 or smth by adding like a sprinkle of granola i'm so done
