work on building muscle through weight lifting while eating at maintenance, then go through a cut phase where you cal deficit/lower your bf% to reveal the muscle once you’ve gained strength. It’ll take a while, and be hard, but ultimately you gotta fall in love with the process!.

⭐️1. Restrictive eating directly correlates to binge eating. Yeah I’ve been there before. 500-800 cals for three days then I binge and repeat. It took me a lot longer to lose weight. 1.5years to lose 50lbs, which I could e lost eating 1500 cals anyway. Consistency>intensity.

I used to get so mad at myself for binging thinking why do I always binge. I looked up threads how to stop binging and nothing helped until I learned to eat more. Hunger neurotransmitters will be abundant through starvation leading to a binge. you’re biology will always win.

- let’s be real here. Edtwt created an unrealistic approach to weight loss for many. Life is not sustainable at 500 cals a day. I belived every diet tip on here for years and I trusted the process (truth is, it’s shit advice).

⭐️3. When I restricted heavily for 2 years, I was depressed, exhausted, obsessed, withdrawn. I almost died from heart problems because I was eating too little (28 bpm heart rate) and I was very suicidal. I compared myself to everyone. Now I eat my calories smart. I calculated.

- my tdee and subtracted 500cals from it, leaving my calorie intake to be 1500-1700 cals. I am losing weight now, enjoying going out to eat, working out w so much energy, stronger. My bpm heart rate is now 60! And I even love myself more.

here’s the science behind this:.3,500cals = 1lb of fat. 1) -500 cal deficit for 7 days = -3,300cals (bye bye almost 1lb).2) -600 cal deficit for 7 days = -4,200cals (bye bye over 1lb).

“PERFECT CALORIE DEFICIT??” YES! you can find this out by using a tdee (total daily energy(calories) expenditure) calculator then subtracting 500-700 from it:) . My personal tdee is about 2,000c .My personal cal deficit is 1,500c.
