If they use NTFs in this game anywhere, Steam will ban the game, they were asked point blank about 2 days ago about this and Steam said flat out they will ban all NTFs and cryptocurrency based games off their platform.

A good chunk of Europe is actually a lot better, Switzerland, Norway, etc. Canada is much better in pretty much every aspect including freedom and economy. And of course there's Australia which lags behind in Technology but in terms of happiness is much higher.
