@goose777X @LoftusSteve but the factory didnt close, and people did work. it would maybe have been nice to pay the people who didnt make it in - but then it would be unlikely anyone would have turned in - but is hard to say its unreasonable to not pay somone for not working. fuss over nothing

@goose777X @LoftusSteve it says in their statement that if the workplace is closed staff will be paid. it also said that they would try to find overtime shifts for those that would lose pay due to not being able to come in because of weather or school closures. seems perfectly reasonable
