Yea honestly body fat % matters as much if not more than weight. Looking defined and toned is what matters to me so I eat high protein and do 10k steps and sometimes strength training.
@yoursunnyshines
Especially in America highly processed foods are so normalized my family makes fun of me for eating my vegetarian foods that are high protein and nutritious 💀.
@no1jolynelover
The thought of hitting my ugw keeps me going. my life’s gonna be perfect I’ll be so pretty and have so many friends and get a boyfriend 😀 life’s gonna be perfect 😀 I’ll never feel a negative thought again 😀
I hate being so lonely I wish I had friends to hangout with instead of spending summer break home alone, maybe if I was skinny people would wanna be my friend
@shutupandstarv
This is the kind of mindset I wanna have, I have other addictions besides my ED I wanna live for and I’m scared of ruining my metabolism and having osteoporosis at 20.
@crystalsnpurge
Pearl diver by mitski, I listened to that song when I was “recovered” but really just switched from anorexia to alcoholism and I missed my ED…
@recovrelapse
BMI 16.2, I didn’t exactly recover just started binging like crazy and dealing with extreme hunger, gained 20 pounds in a few months and wanted to lose the weight again exept I became an alcoholic and gained 20 more pounds from that 💀
@girljuststarv
Nutrients matter as much as the calories in food. Especially high protein, calcium,iron and vitamin D. Deficiencies can cause binges or lower energy/hair loss etc…
@hotmilkmint
Protein matters to retain muscle while losing fat, fat helps with hormones especially for woman so I try to prioritize those. Also micronutrients matter so you won’t go bald or develop osteoporosis. (VITAMIN D, Calcium, Iron etc…)
What helps distract you guys from doing something you shouldnt do? I’m so close to relapsing it’s all I can fucking think about. I’m trying so hard to stay sober
@girljuststarv
Focus on nutrients like Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin D and B vitamins. You can supplement or eat low cal foods high in nutrients like Almond milk, nutritional yeast, spinach, kale etc.
Dealing with extreme hunger even though I only lost 10 pounds and at bmi 19….. I’m trying so hard to resist the urges to binge but high protein doesn’t work like usual.
