Rules:
-fast 50hr and then eat 50cal
-in case you want to break your fast before the 50hr ends,you see how many hrs you fasted and that will be your intake.
Example:30hr=30cal
-When you start the 50/50 diet you must do it for 50days

there's no calorie limit to starvation or how long it must take for you to suffer from extreme hunger. your body eats at itself when you enter ketosis, that's a whole lot less than 3 days.
