I thought we were going O/U on *all* new data center capacity by 2030. @JesseJenkins thought it was *AI-only* capacity. Neither of us are excited to take the other’s version.

This, plus different electrolyzer designs have dramatically different associated EPC costs. Hence, industrial-scale, fully turnkey systems w/ high current density from @Electric_H2 win on total installed cost every time
@Noahpinion @JesseJenkins The key takeaway is that if you plan to build a project in US or EU you can't just order a CN electrolyser and expect to pay 3-4x less, because your EPC costs are local.
