I wonder when casting directors ask for trans voice actors do they want someone cis sounding "passing" or just someone trans with societal terms of how trans people should "sound" ugh I don't want to be insensitive wording this, I hate "passing" and "not passing" terms. 😫.

Literally 100 trans people have submitted to the LGBTQIA+ VO List so far! Which is amazing. But also brings to light that there is really no excuse for the constant cis-only casts we are constantly bombarded with.
