Reflecting on the birthday card I received last weekend: 'Die Zeiten ändern sich' ("Times are changing"). The shift to the word 'gendern', capturing the German verb describing the use of gender-inclusive language, feels particularly poignant today....
I think the profession did an amazing job in showing that many are serious about building a better, more inclusive environment 🤝
