2 years clean and sober today, 2 years of one day at a time. Me life is unrecognisable to what it was. Last week is testament to that. Recovery is life, and thanks to those who passed it on to us am living. I've not got it sussed, life on life's terms is sometimes tough....

Today marks one week since the campaign started and a year to the day I hit my rock bottom in a field in Goldthorpe, South Yorkshire. I visited the same field yesterday with my head held high. What a difference a year makes!

stopped I have to change. And be willing to change. This presented itself in doing what was suggested, by people with lived experience. Coming to Liverpool to live with other men in recovery was the start of the suggestions. Followed by rehab, group therapy and loads of meetings.
