This really is the issue in Leeds.
@LeedsCC_CEAQ @ConnectingLeeds @JamesLewisLab Any chance of Leeds ever having a mass transit system? All for looking after the environment, but cycle lanes and active travel (i.e. walking everywhere) is not the answer. Largest city in Western Europe without proper public transport infrastructure is a disgrace.
